Here’s a little bit about our experience. The house hunt started like any other, go and see a few prospects, walk away saying what you liked and disliked. Derek found gems but when we were looking there wasn’t much on the market. All of a sudden boom a “coming soon” popped up on the radar, and it was as if Derek saw it when we did. We were first into see it and with in 4 days, 100 calls back and forth, constantly communicating with us and the sells agent, our dream house where we can build our family was ours.
